3MS – Subscription, Refund & Cancellation Agreement (SRCA)

This Subscription, Refund & Cancellation Agreement (“SRCA”) governs your subscription to paid features or services offered by the “3MS” mobile application, provided by TRIPPLEM SOLUTIONS LLP. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subscription Terms

3MS offers multiple subscription plans tailored to various user needs and budgets. Plans grant access to enhanced features and services within the 3MS app.

2. Payment

You authorize 3MS or its payment processor to charge subscription fees to your selected payment method. Charges are typically made in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless stated otherwise.

3. Automatic Renewal

  • If you opt-in, your subscription renews automatically.
  • You will be notified in advance about the renewal date and amount.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account settings.

4. Subscription Management

  • View current plan, features, duration, and renewal date.
  • Modify your payment method.
  • Access billing and subscription history.
  • Upgrade to higher-tier plans.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Refund Policy

  • No refunds for partial use of a subscription.
  • No refunds if the app becomes incompatible with your device.
  • No refunds if features are not actively used.

5.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under these conditions:

  • Prolonged service interruptions.
  • Unresolved technical issues.
  • Material breach of this agreement by 3MS.

6. Refund Requests

Requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the issue. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

7. Refund Process

Upon approval, refunds will be issued within 45 business days to the original payment method or as redeemable vouchers, at 3MS’s discretion.

8. Cancellation

8.1 Cancellation Method

Cancel via your account settings or by contacting customer support.

8.2 Cancellation Confirmation

Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation notification. Fees incurred before cancellation may still apply.

9. Customer Support

  • Support Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
  • Response Time: Within 72 business hours

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Initial resolution efforts will be through good faith negotiation.
  • If unresolved within 15 days, disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

11. Force Majeure Events

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control, such as natural disasters, terrorism, government orders, strikes, or cyberattacks.

12. Changes to this Agreement

3MS reserves the right to modify this SRCA. You will be notified of material changes via the app or other reasonable methods. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
